The lodges have all been custom built in a contemporary and luxurious style. They all have hardwood floors, marble and ceramic tiled bathrooms with walk in showers and colourful art work. The King size bed and floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms give a light a spacious feel to your mornings. (Lodge 2 has a super King which can also make 2 twin beds)
The lounge area, with a modern 2 person sofa, leads out through the french doors to the deck with views of the meadows and newly planted orchard. There is a Freeview 32inch TV, kitchenette and tall dining table with bar chairs in the lounge. (Lodge 2 has 2 arm chairs instead of a sofa)
Outside is a hardwood decking area with two hardwood outdoor chairs. Plenty of space to keep the surf boards or bikes and outside tap for hosing down. BBQ available by arrangement. Car parking space for one vehicle. Second car by arrangement.
The thoughtfully equipped kitchenette enables you to make breakfast and light meals and gives that bit more freedom than a hotel room or B&B.
Tea, coffee, milk, tea towels, cleaning materials and cloths provided. The corner shop and off-licence is just 10 minutes walk away, for basic groceries and newspapers and there are local farm eggs over the road. Tesco & Co-op is 1 mile away.
Next to the lounge is a modern bathroom with marble tiles, walk in shower, heated towel rail and mirror with de-mister & shaver socket.
All bed linen is provided as well as two bath towels and hand towel per person. Midweek linen change available for an additional fee.
The properties face south and have a lovely sunny aspect with shade sails to keep you cool in the summer. They are highly insulated but on the rare event you need the heating there is underfloor heating throughout.
Free Wifi access in all the lodges.
Outside the lodges are a beautiful hardwood decking area facing South with hardwood table and chairs. A shade sail area makes for partial shade over the deck. There is also a grass area around the deck for sitting around the lodge. Views over the Meadow.
